Hi, Thanks for leaving your feedback. We are not aware of any issues that may have caused this error unfortunately as it occurred on the insurers website. Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache. Alternatively you may wish to try this again on a different device and / or browser.  Alternatively you can get in touch with the insurer directly quoting your GoCompare reference number. Doing this will ensure you are still eligible for our £250 excess protection cover. “Excellent form to use to apply for a quote. Simple and to the point. Just one thing missing, I was unable to enter all my additional cover items that I required. It was not until I was transferred to the Insurer's site that I could add 'Courtesy Car' for example. Otherwise, no complaints. Certainly the most favourable quote and though the cost was the almost the same as LV's own automatic renewal notice, Go Compare offered the additional £250 Excess Cover which is why I used your site and did not automatically renew.”
