“Spent an hour on the phone purely to cancel automatic renewal why can you not put a box on the application form asking the question saving all of us time. I think there may be a sinister reason for not doing this. You need to be more open with customers.”

“easy website to use although there is a lot of questions when setting up your car insurance (although this is the case with most websites). Searches quickly through many insurers to give a good choice to fit your needs. Only frustrating thing I found was it didn't find my car using the registration (the other websites did) and it didn't remember all my details from last year so I had to spend time answering the questions again.”
