“Easy to use unless you forget your password. But that's like many sites. If you put the password you think it is and it is wrong then you are asked to press forgotten password. A program is then sent to your phone to put a password in and repeat it. If you then put a password in that you have used before the program says you can have that password because you've used it before...SO WHAT. We should be allowed to use any password or repeat password we want. If I have any problem with a computer programmed system I will leave the site immediately, and probobaly not return. Making a site user friendly is the number 1 priority. Please tell your programmers to show all functions in straight forward English and not little pictures of difficult to understand instructions. The site (once you get in) is fine and gives you more than enough choices to accept.”

“I think it’s disgusting when you are looking it clearly says eg pink motor policy and you click on and four out of five are all Hastings and personally I think there service is rubbish”
