“Almost bought insurance then noticed in the small print the company you offered me. Hastings premier did NOT cover me to drive another vehicle if it is owned by my partner...? We use this sometimes just to have leafs cover if I have to take her car maybe to go to local shop ... cancelled my order when I spotted this ridiculous restriction.”

“Mostly OK but I had a couple of interesting issues with Home Insurance. I got a premium quote much lower than my current one so cancelled the renewal and took up the go Compare offer. Only I could not. I had to get a requote and the premium jumped by £20. Then, when I took it I still had to phone the insurer because their acceptance statement demanded that I NOT have solar panels on my home. Nowhere in the GoCompare website is that question asked.”

“After an accident last year my last insurance tried to charge me double for my renewal. After 30 years of driving with only one non fault claim I thought this was a bit excessive. Go compare got me a quote of less than half of what my renewal quote was.”
