Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We are not aware of any issues that may have caused this error unfortunately as it occurred on the insurers website. Sometimes internet history can affect the way a website functions, so you could try clearing your internet history, cookies and cache. Alternatively you can get in touch with the insurer directly quoting your GoCompare reference number. Doing this will ensure you are still eligible for our £250 excess protection cover.
