Select the 'Free excess protection cover' tab at the top of the screen or after pressing the silhouette of the head and shoulders in the top right. Select the policy you have purchased or the 'Complete the form manually' link. Check that the redemption form is completed accurately. Choose how you would like the documents to be sent (Email/Post). Receive your documents via email in 48 hours or post in 5 - 10 days. If you require any further assistance, please let us know by email at customerservices@gocompare.com or by phone at 01633 654 019.
