“Well its a good site with regard to the quotes but I found it very difficult to get to the pay section and now the "accept and redeem" wont work on the £250 excess part, so what do I do now? Ive put in all the details you've asked for, policy no. etc”

“When taking awhile to write the answers to the questions down what happens when you have no mobile. Presume no acceptance, as I would have preferred to not give mine as I had already given my email address and home number. it clearly was not going to accept me without giving one. A waste of time it you had no mobile at all.”

“Very good website, easy to use and handy that they keep your details so you don't need to reenter every year. The problem with the results though are that apart from the price you have no details of what is covered by the company and what isn't. I got a quote which was 50% cheaper than my existing company and on the surface seemed to offer exactly the same cover. But when you went into the details some very important areas were not covered in all situations. In the end, for a few hundred pounds more I would rather not take the chance, so I am staying with my existing insurer for now.”
