“You lost me the minute i started filling out my details for car insurance and you asked me a question on whether is was ‘Thatcham level 1 with or without immobiliser.. to be honest does anybody know... I jumped to another site and found my car insurance no problem and they certainly weren’t stupid enough to include that question.. bad business on your behalf.. I’d hate to think how many people just like me have avoided your comparison website because of it.”
