“Found cheaper house insurance saved ££”

“Easy to use unless you forget your password. But that's like many sites. If you put the password you think it is and it is wrong then you are asked to press forgotten password. A program is then sent to your phone to put a password in and repeat it. If you then put a password in that you have used before the program says you can have that password because you've used it before...SO WHAT. We should be allowed to use any password or repeat password we want. If I have any problem with a computer programmed system I will leave the site immediately, and probobaly not return. Making a site user friendly is the number 1 priority. Please tell your programmers to show all functions in straight forward English and not little pictures of difficult to understand instructions. The site (once you get in) is fine and gives you more than enough choices to accept.”

“It’s very good site to compare the car insurance and I did find good prices for both of my cars to insured them but £250 promise of excess cover you have to apply separately and I still couldn’t find my policy on gocompare’s site”

“Very efficient at searching out cheapest insurance sites. I have renewed the insurance for both my cars through Go Compare and generally very satisfied with the service. One minor irritation is that when asked to activate my free £250 excess waiver for my most recent renewal, it reactivated the waiver on my other car”
