“I have been very happy with GoCompare.com comparison site and I have found cheaper car and home insurance but I was disappointed that when clicking on the quote for my chosen home insurer (after looking at many) I discovered that they added an additional payment of £25.00 to the original quote! when I questioned this they told me that they had told GoCompare several times that this was incorrect but they never changed it. This was very disappointing and actually false advertising, they should have honoured the original quote shown on the site but they wouldn't and didn't. Very misleading.”
