“I eventually got a quote from Hastings Premier that I liked, I had been quoted £331.45 for the ordinary Hastings policy but I chose the premier policy at £371 .85. However, your offer of free £250 excess keeps telling me I have paid only£331.45 even though I have the premium policy and paid £371.85”
