“What is the point of making a password when the first time you use it your told it is wrong,I am trying to log in and this is all it keeps telling me.Useless”

The password is case sensitive, so if you have used a capital letter anywhere in your password you would need to replicate that alternatively, there is a 'forgotten my password' option where you can reset this. “I looked at GoCompare as I thought the £250 free excess cover would mean I could up the amount of excess I was prepared to pay and that would bring my premium down. However, I use several comparison sites before purchasing cover and found that the policy I chose was £20 more expensive on GoCompare than on another site. As I'm really hoping not to need any excess cover and I can afford the excess should I need to, I went with the other site for my cover and chose their reward instead.”
