“I ordered a pair of shoes - the order was accepted and then two days later I was told that they were not available. I received a refund with a code for a 10% discount by way of apology which was very kind except the code didn't work. Not impressed at all. I went to Pavers who did have the shoes in the style, colour and size and ordered them there. Will stick to Pavers and Hotter in future.”
