“Great products and quick dispatch. HOWEVER, you use UPS to deliver to Australia at least. UPS is a completely hopeless carrier. They have no capability in Australia at least, to delivery to people who live secure apartment blocks, and who are not home during business hours (it took over a week for us to be able to receive the shoes once they were in the country). If you are in this situation, ask for an alternative carrier.”

“I live in France where no shoe shops ever sell women's shoes larger than 41 or wider than standard D. I was able to buy beautiful shoes for my daughter, who wears a UK 9, and for myself, who need a wide shoe. There was a lot to choose from and size conversions were accurate, at least on Clarks shoes. Delivery time was reasonable, about a week altogether, and we are very happy with our Clarks.”
