“my order arrived quickly although it was Christmas time and I thought the service excellent so Thanks I had to return my first order because although I had ordered the same size as my old ones they turned out to be to big however I ordered a size smaller and am now wearing them”

“Order was placed and despatched same day. The shoes were received at my home outside Brisbane in seven days from order. The UPS tracking allowed me to follow progress on its delivery track. Goods received in excellent condition, packaging allowed for return in resealable bag with printed explanation that was not required. Great service from Amy.”

“The service was good and the delivery fast. I was not sure about the return policy, though. I had understood the purchase had free returns, but when I saw the leaflet in the package, the return postage would be deducted from the refund. Anyway, as the shoes I bought were great, no returns necessary.”

“website easy to navigate, items arrived faster than expected, items neatly wrapped and in perfect condition, thanks for such great service, would highly recommend to others and order again. (would only suggest providing at point of sale a delivery date closer to actual if you could but maybe mine just shipped sooner which was fantastic)”

“Ordered my boots on Tuesday which was a bank holiday and they arrived 2 days later, even though this was the week between Christmas and the New Year. Thank you for a very speedy delivery, and I should also mention that both pairs of boots are fabulous. Will definitely use this company again, particularly as they are based in derbyshire, and it means we are supporting a local business, thanks.”
