“Excellent company to deal with. Prompt attention to orders - even on Bank Holiday weekends - and very courteous, efficient customer service, eg I didn't spot where to apply a discount code when I placed an order on-line so emailed them and they kindly applied it on my behalf. I was so pleased that I bought another pair of shoes! They are definitely on my short list for future purchases.”

“I was satisfied with this company until they told me that they were refusing any further orders from me as I had returned too many of them! I find it incredible that an organisation does not understand that a customer may need to return soemthing if it does not fit - and that is highly likely with shoes.”
