“I purchased some slippers for a xmas gift for my husband and mistakenly ordered womens I telephone the customer services and they were exceptionally helpful and put my mind at rest, I've returned the ladies slippers and odered another pair for my husband. I haven't received them yet but was assured I'd receive them before xmas.”
