“Fast delivery and it's great that it's free returns, looks straight forward also as you get label to return in box so no delays with phone calls etc. Shoes I ordered were too big but they were a bargain so I kept for the future.”

“I could not manage to put my order in the basket, there seemed to be a computer glitch, so I phoned and placed my order. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and extremely polite, which can be quite unusual these days. My order arrived by courier the very next day although I didn't pay for express delivery, I was super impressed with the service.”
