One boot was bigger than the other. I thought fair enough easy mistake ,until I read more reviews,and there's was a few with the same problem. Also they don't do exchanges.

Ordered size 8 but received size 7 which was disappointing. Returned for credit which was actioned quickly.

After taking order and sending e mail to confirm, following day received e mail to sat out of stock !!!!!!!!!!

We received a email thanking us for our order and then another telling us you were out of stock why accept the order in the first place giving people false hope ,very disappointing.

Ordering was easy and I was looking forward to seeing the sandals. Sadly the size on the box was not the size on the sandals. Shame.

Ordered and paid for shoes only to get an email next day to say they were out of stock. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes - the order was accepted and then two days later I was told that they were not available. I received a refund with a code for a 10% discount by way of apology which was very kind except the code didn't work. Not impressed at all. I went to Pavers who did have the shoes in the style, colour and size and ordered them there. Will stick to Pavers and Hotter in future.

Order shoes they took payment and a day later told me the order was cancelled item out of stock although website still showed them in stick for days after. I phoned to see why they had cancelled and they promised to phone the manufacturer and get back to me I'm still waiting for that call

Ordered sandals received e mail confirming order , was told tracking e mail to follow when sandals dispatched.Following day order cancelled as sandals not in stock. Very disappointed.
