“Fast shipping but the shoes arrived in a cheap paper wrapping, no padding whatsoever. The shoe box was dented and the actual shoes came with a broken figurine. Return shipping is far too expensive so I unfortunately have to keep these faulty shoes”

We understand how disappointing this must have been for you & we would never leave anyone in this helpless situation. I have sent a direct email to you which contains a UPS returns label to enable you to return the shoes to us free of charge for a full refund.
