“Boots I ordered arrived the day after I ordered them. I was really impressed with the prompt delivery as postage was free. The only reason I have given 4 is because I could not register my debit card. I have had to use my son's paypal account.”

“My only (very slight) complaint is that you referred to me as Barry Moody instead of Valerie Moody, but as I said in my email to you Barry sounds a bit like Valerie on the phone this is an easy mistake to make and you apologised very quickly.”

“Man's shoe was not given a size on website as wide.I emailed to ask if shoe was narrow or wide as wide no good, but got no reply. Shoes arrived and they were extra wide!! Also package arrived with substantial damage to box.”

“Although I ordered the shoes on a Saturday, the delivery day was the following Monday if I paid £4.95 extra postage. I went ahead and the shoes didn't come until Tuesday when I was out all day. I then had to make an extra journey to a Post Depot to collect them. The service would have been very good if all had gone to plan.”
