“I had an issue with a pair of fit flop boots and called your customer service department, I spoke to a lady called Gemma and she has given exceptional customer service regarding my query. I have now with her help purchased another pair of the boots and cant wait to wear them I cannot praise her highly enough and it is very refreshing these days to get such wonderful customer service where the person you are dealing with does actually care about the customer.
