“Good delivery time and I was kept up to date with information and a good product”

“Shoes are despatched quickly and arrived when expected. I had issues with my last few orders with the wrong sized shoes being sent but this was down to the different sizing of the Saltwater sandals. Customer services were prompt at dealing with the issue and new shoes were sent out immediately. Will continue to use and would recommend.”

“The parcel was very quick and the shoes really beautiful. Unfortunately I got the wrong size. I ordered 6 and got 7. So I sent them back.”

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed for Saltwater sandals which have the Saltwater size on the box and on the sole (1 up from the UK sizing). You were sent the correct size to which you ordered. Kind Regards, Bells Shoes

“I received the shoes one week after the purchase and I liked them a lot. Unfortunately the were much too large for me, so I sent them back. Again one week later the money have been transferred back on my account. I gave 4 stars because, I wrote a mail to the customer service and did not receive any answers. But all in all the service is excellent.”
