“Received the shoes but were too big for my husband so had to return them. Our printer is broke so we couldn't print the returns label. So I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who kindly sent out a returns label and received it the very next day as promised,along with a list of places where I could send the shoes back from. Thank you Sarah for great customer service. We'll impressed. Kind regards Christine.”

“Ordered two pairs, one was excellent but unfortunately didn't like how the second pair looked. Returned as per the guidelines and received a refund in less than a week, no hassle at all (how it should be), didn't even have to call/email anybody. Might have just found my favourite online shoes shop!”

“These sandals are a replacement pair for a some that I have worn for years as my indoor shoes. I am very happy with them and hope that they will wear as well as the pair, which would probably still be going strong if they had not been attacked by Cody the dog when he was teething.”

“Arrived swiftly and well packed. Unfortunately they were too big so I had to return them. The refund came through swiftly though and I would have ordered a smaller size but they were not in stock. I would definitely recommend.”
