“ No adequate response after an order placed on 27th June has not arrived by 5th August My father placed the order he has terminal cancer and is trying to get things sorted whilst he is able to. We’ve asked more than once for a refund after getting no delivery. Disgusting. ”

“ I suspect the 5 star reviews are fake as from 6 June when we ordered we have not had any updates, no delivery, no replies to emails or phone calls. Hopefully the order will arrive but kind of lost hope. We probably won’t get the money back as feels like a scam company so far. ”

“ I placed order for a 3 x 180x90x40 bundle + 2 x 180x120x40 units over Christmas 2019, had no email confirmation and still haven't had anything since putting on, the only communication relating to my purchase was when they came back in January stating that were closed over christmas break (they did manage to email regarding payment failures on the site during this period though) i was told my delivery due today 2/2/20 (which i though OK fair enough). ”
