Product would not download. Spent a lot of time with their "help" agents and more time sending emails asking for a refund. Each time I did that - they just wanted me to talk to another agent. Still do not have a product and NO REFUND isssued after 3 days of asking for one.

I could not download Word, I sent several emails followed directions, and then had a service advisor on the phone for an hour to no avail. He frequently went into a mute coma and would not respond. When he finally did not respond, I was at the same dead end as when I started. I want my refund now, and this is the third time I have requested a refund and they are not responding. NEVER buy anything from this group.
