Excellent service! An apartment flood killed my computer and I lost Office 2016 Pro Plus. New computer, Office 2021 Pro Plus installed, up and running. I had one slight after install issue, but they replied to me email and even called to follow up. Kudos to Gosoftware people.

Very easy process. I am not computer savvy and was worried about buying some software for my new apple Mac mini. I needed an updated version of Microsoft office for Mac. Only took about 10 minutes and transferred easily and brought up all my old excel files and documents. Highly recommend this product and service
