“I had a hard time because I realized I was using my iphone which does not include the same information or prompts as the website does when accessed on my laptop.
I wanted to set up my own design format and provided the information using my laptop but initially looked up the 3 design formats sent to me on my iphone. Completely different!!! The iphone design formats included nothing of the information that I submitted.
Once I realized this and went back to my laptop, everything went fine. Looking forward to receiving the sign!!”
