“It was easy to use the chat box to resolve my problem. When I ordered the yard sign initially, I didn't realize that it didn't come with the wire stand to hold it up. So, I've returned to this site to order the wire stand, which is almost $10.00 for a $1.72 wire stand. Graduating Signs needs to give clear adverting that states that the wire stand is not included in your order. This was not clear to me until after I received the yard sign. But, the yard sign itself is quality. It arrived in a short amount of time. Just be aware that the wire poles do not come with the yard sign.”
“The customs graduation sign designs were great! I would have given a better rating if I received the templates for the custom designs upon my first request. I initially recvd 3-5 designs which were exactly the same and not very good.. I sent an email complaint and received 6 perfect and different options to choose . I di purchase only one because, I needed 8 which I had to order from Party City last week because of the correction that had to be made with the initial sign designs and time constraints”
