“DO NOT USE : Shower of a company. Ordered bulk bag to be delivered 18-08-21 husband and I took the day off work. Called at 10.30 to be told (after she called haulage company) delivery should be approx 12.00. Called at 12.45 waited for 10 mins for the phone to be answered, to get an update (after speaking again with haulage company) she said there was a driver problem and he hadn't arrived so it would delivered on the 2nd load, would be between 1pm& 6pm and the driver would call 1 hour before, so at 4.15 and aware they shut at 5.00 I called again after 30 mins of waiting for customer services to answer, I decided to call sales team instead went through it all again with her to be told they had juat received an email 5 - 10 mins ago saying the driver hadnt turned up, told them i wanted to cancel she said she would get someone to call me back. Surprisingly i did get a call to be told if i wanted to cancel there would be a £50 return charge. I told her I've not had anything to return to you, how can you charge me for that! The driver apparently had now run out of time on his taco (interesting that he had suddenly turned up then!!!) absolutely fuming is not the word. We have lost a day's holiday and potentially an extra £50 through no fault of our own. Company are RIP OFF MERCHANTS”
