“I was sent a size 42 /8 x2 pair instead of a size 41/7 which I ordered do I will be returning to the shop tomorrow. I previously ordered a size 7 and was sent a size 40 which was too small. I don't understand why there is such difficulty sending me the correct size thus I won't be ordering online again”

We are very sorry to hear you have experienced this mistake. We will admit that there has been some confusion caused by Heavenly Feet due to a 40 not existing in most of the styles of shoes. However we have looked into this and we have rectified this error.
We have seen that you returned the shoes and the refund should be in your account in a few working days. Again we would like to apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you.
