"Ordered 2 items for my partner for Christmas, ordered 17th December and they arrived 23rd December, I contacted them 1st week of January to ask for a replacement as the T\u2019shirt was faulty and had colour fading on the front, I waited 2 weeks for a reply and I made contact again. They replied the end of January and said I was out of the return policy! From my first contact and second attempt I was within the 30 day policy. They wouldn\u2019t help or replace the item. I send photos. They stopped replying when I asked to speak to a manager. Terrible company."

If something goes wrong with your order, no one seems to take responsibility or provide proper support."
