“meat hygienically packaged for delivery. package has always arrived in a good condition. prompt delivery service (only down side with delivery is the £10.00 delivery fee). meat always of good quality.”

“The meat is fresh and clean with all the fat removed as I’d requested. Whole experience was excellent. Food arrived exactly in the time slot given and packaged impeccably. Will definitely be using Haji Baba again.”

“They fiddle with deliveries. Noticed few times. Charge you for the items but do not deliver. I tried to contact many times by phone and email to complain but never reply. Never ordering again. Very Bad customer service.”

“The package didn't arrive yet, and I ordered it 3 months ago!! I also received an email that it's cancelled and asked for refund, but instead you just said it's going to arrive. Worst experience ever, I'm not going to use you again”

“Excellent service. Good communication on tracking order. On delivery the lamb and chicken was of excellent quality. My mother is now placing a regular order and we’re live near Watford and get our order from Asda Haji Baba. Thank you for your excellent customer care”

“I live in Kent and to get quality halal meat I used to travel to East London which was time consuming. My one of friend refer me to use Haji Baba. So Haji Baba save my time in ordering online and delivered high class full of quality and fresh meat and chicken. I had BBQ at my home and i also tried their marinated BBQ meat and chicken which was very delicious and all my guest liked too much.”

“Always order from here. Would love you to have the option of whole leg of lamb or whole lamb shanks instead of the pieces and to wrap the meat more securely as it leaks. Having said that the quality is the best we've had”

“Poor delivery and customer service. Courier said no-one was present at the delivery address, this was my workplace address staffed with 50+ people! Meant I had to go to the depot to collect meat order otherwise it would have spoiled and not sure if I would have gotten a refund. Totally defeats the point of delivery, very inconvenient.”
