“Very smooth process from ordering to receiving the precious items. Ashes retrieval had very clear instructions and packaging was very respectfully done. Kept up to date by email and text. Delighted with the necklace and charm. We went for the Cremation Ashes range and chose the blue colour as our Dad had twinkling blue eyes The colour looked great online but even more stunning in real life. We opened the box together and couldn’t believe how beautifully they were packaged. Would highly recommend. Thank you.”
