“The wrong size shirt arrived, it was marked wrong.However, Hanson immedialty made good on that by sending the correct size sheet with no charge! We all make mistakes, it's how the mistake is handled that counts! Hanson handled it PERFECTLY.”

“My family and I love shopping at Hansen Surboards! We particularly like the variety of clothing. They are reasonably priced for a great quality. To top it off!…Their customer service is absolutely fantastic! They are kind, follow through and go out of their way to make you feel valued! “I've been a customer of Hansen's for a long time. I no longer live in Carlsbad but I ordered some shirts online from them. I made a mistake on the order and called them the next business day. Wonderful customer service and support. Fixed my mistake and got my order in a couple days. Always 5 star service!!”
