Needed a lid for the hot tub and needed it fast. Looked on the website and found a green one that looks as if it would fit, but not sure about green. Ordered Friday and it arrived today, Monday and the green looks really fab! Great service good quality lid… what more could you want.

Great service, next day delivery great quality hot tub lid, Great help over then phone and lid arrived , the couriers even carried the hot tub lid and put it right next to the hot tub for me. Highly recommended

Can't recommend Happy Hot Tubs highly enough! From initial consultations with Happy Tim at the Gosport outlet, through pre-delivery notifications to installation day and follow up after-sales service it has been a pleasure.

I found Gary from the Worthing branch very knowledgeable and helpful finding the correct replacement part for our tub And his follow up customer service and support was excellent all fixed now

Bought filters for my Canadian spa Toronto hotub a lot cheaper than manufacturers. Super super fast delivery, next day free. Fantastic customer service. Can not fault happy hotubs and will be making my accessories and parts from them in future.

Excellent Service! Following much procrastination, We got a small hot tub for rehab following surgery. They knew what we were after, didn’t oversell, delivered promptly, set it up and handed over with care. It was just what we were after! The tub had a minor valve fault which was fixed in a couple of days and has been great, my Smart Meter suggests it costs about a coffee every 2 days to run! October 22 prices!
