“Ordered item on 3 May 2014 and it was delivered on 7 May. Securely packaged so the bottle arrived in perfect condition. Did not receive an email when the package was shipped as advised on the HTFW order acknowledgement. Was able to track my order via my account but it did not provide a date of shipment and the Royal Mail system did not update until after delivery. Would have been helpful to get an estimated delivery date since the item had to be "signed for"”

“I was delighted to find the Bruichladdich Yellow Submarine to add to my husbands collection for Father's Day. I was a bit nervous ordering overseas, but the package came within a week. It was a most pleasurable transaction. I will be perusing the site again for the rare bottle.”
