“Rating only the ordering/shipping process. Both were very easy. Shipment was held up by customs but quickly released. Won't be able to rate the bourbon until Adven starts but they should speak for themselves.”

“Good inventory for all kinds of scotchs. The prices are mostly higher than its competitors. The free shipping with minimal purchases is a great incentive to have. Thanks, Wallace”

“Unfortunately the delivery service has let this company down. I took a day off work to wait in for my delivery that never happened, despite being promised it would be that day. I approached the courier but met a dead end, they told me to speak to the seller, which I did. I was offered a back handed gesture of good will which means I will have to order from them again to take advantage of it, give me a refund for the failed delivery and I will use it towards paying for the delivery on my next order. I am reluctant to order again because of the negative delivery experience and DPD and HTFW not willing to take responsibility for their failures.”

“In my experience as a whisk(e)y enthusiast/writer, scotch lover, and buyer for my local whisky club, HTFW is unparalleled in the consistency of its wide selection, fair pricing, and, most importantly, customer service, all of which I am especially grateful for during these recent years of tumult and change. HTFW is truly a five-star concern that understands and serves well the world's whisky community.”
