“A little disappointed as I though I bought my partner something different, only to find it on supermarket shelf and cheaper!”

“I ordered some whiskey that was unavailable in the United States. They had a good price and shipped it within hours of me, placing my order and it showed up on my doorstep in the US two days later. I will definitely be ordering from hard to find whiskey again.”

“Ordering process and delivery good but having paid the extra price fir a Kraken Box as it was a present was then disappointed that the bottle of Kraken wasn't in the box. The box was just folded flat in the outer packaging. Didn't make the impact of opening it.”

“My bottle arrived opened and damaged. Eventually I was given a full refund. I did indicate on a call before the refund that I’d like to exchange for a different bottle of a nearly identical price, but that request was not honored. It felt spiteful.”

“Yes, HTFW has a great selection of products. But what also stands out is their care in packaging. Each bottle is encased in a heavy-duty bottle pouch, any cartons are broken down, and all are sent in an industrial-strength cardboard box. I never have to worry about damaged contents. HTFW is a first-class operation.”
