“I love this company - they ship to the US very quickly and every bottle has been packed tightly. Never had any issues with leaking or breakage. And I'll say again - very quick! Had my order within about 4 business days. Super easy! I've ordered several times now and each experience is the same.”

“items received broken and package not packaged well - email has been sent with pics to HTFW with no response”

“Was quite amazed at how fast my order arrived in the U.S. It only took 4 days and it was at my door ready for signing. Also, the packing was very cool with a very thick box that had a 'blow up' packing wrap around the bottle. I think it could have been dropped from the roof of my house without breaking. Well done.”

“Excellent service. Called the shop first to check order available and delivery to France possible. Ordered, dispatched very quickly. The delivery company over in France couldn’t locate our address ( not unusual) so Hard to Find Whisky called and we rearranged delivery to a neighbour. Delivered the next day. Excellent service from Hard to Find Whisky I would definitely recommend and use them again.”

“I was looking for a particular whiskey that had been a favorite of a friend. His widow wanted to have some on hand to share with dear friends in memoriam. I was able to find the very one on this site. The price was fair and the shipping was very quick. Thank you. You made someone's day today and many others in the days and months ahead.”

“I live in the USA and was somewhat sceptical about ordering , but to my surprize it was probably one of the best online experience i have ever had. HTFW is for REAL. 2nd to none. FAST and EFFICIENT. Superb packaging. I was utterly amazed at how quick my order arrived. Faster from the UK to the USA than it is here between the states.”

“Very professional from start to finish. Shipment arrived in Ireland within a few days and everything as ordered. The whiskies were good value but delivery to Ireland is expensive. Collection of whiskies is fantastic and is why I’ll order again without doubt”
