“It was a great cruise!! The food was superb. On the day of our tour, Iris Cruise was undergoing some maintainance so we were upgraded to 6-star Dolphin Cruise at no extra cost. The hospitality, pickup service and the tour in the caves etc were well organised. We didnt fave a single bit of difficulty. One pro tip, plastic bottles are not allowed on the cruise. So bring your own water in metal or glass bottles if possible as drinking water is not free in the cruise apart from the lunch time. Although they provide free water bottles in the pickup van, but those bottles are also not allowed in the cruise.
I would also suggest to choose bamboo boat instead of kayak as that looked unsafe. The bamboo boats can't slow down if kayaks were on the path. I saw few kayak getting scratched by bamboo boats. Would not drown ofc, but might be a unpleasant day if you are not experienced in kayaking.

“Nice quiet aquarium. They have a massive water tank with lot of fish species and many types of jellyfish. Kids loved it.
The mermaid show was 3:15 and gets busy around that time. Be aware the show is in French so for non speakers just enjoy the theatrics”

Staff were really helpful and even slowed the boat right down to allow some people to move to a less wet seat.
Despite the lack of whales, we loved it.
Unfortunately we will not be able to book again as we are just visiting.”

We then continued on with our driver who took us to Volcanic Rocks, Hot Springs, lunch overlooking the jungle, lewak coffee and then the monkey forest being our personal guide the whole way! “Ash is an absolute legend! Really friendly and funny bloke, he was fantastic with my two teenage kids and our small group, sharing his knowledge, fun facts and personal journey.
The tour itself was just magical, such a beautiful place and so amazing to experience it in a nice small group rather than a massive one! “The whole performance was beyond amazing!!! When you think of the Paranormal Activity films, you think of objects moving, noises coming from random places, and then huge visual scares, the stage show does this with a personal and professional excellence beyond anything the films has done, plus some!
The cast and the crew are phenomenal in giving the audience chills, scares and dread, and if I could I would go back every night! I wish I could I could go back and experience this over and over again!
Beyond the performance, the venue and the venue staff was amazing, kind, and so helpful. As an autistic person, someone with a lot of sensory issues (but loves horror), and high social anxiety, the staff were really helpful in making me feel at ease and able to enjoy the performance to it's fullest.
There was one staff member in the seating area who immediately clocked my Sunflower Lanyard and took me to the side and asked if there was anything they could do to help me, to know where I was seated incase I needed help, and showed me where they would be if I needed them. This level of attention really put me at ease as I had a really rough night previously at a different theatre, so to be clocked and given extra attention without going too overboard, was really appreciated and helpful for me to be able to enjoy the night. All the other staff for the theatre were also so lovely helpful and attentive, to the point that I would happily say that this was my best theatre experience in the entire UK (Midlands and London area). I couldn't recommend this theatre more to everyone, if they were coming to see Paranormal Activity, or any other show that the theatre is showing.
