“I had my new boiler installed today. From beginning to end the customer service from this company has been outstanding, friendly and efficient. Big thumbs up to Paul Pearson who installed my boiler, highly knowledgable, hard working and efficient, was done in a few hours. I’m happy customer tonight and you won’t get better value for money anywhere. Well done Heatable.”

“A refreshingly enjoyable experience from begin to end. Great boiler choice at a fantastic price with extras included, easy to use and clear website and the best bit of all a professional, fuss free installation exactly as promised, on time and followed up promptly with paperwork including registering for guarantee. Basically, you choose the boiler (with phone or online help if required), pay and then sit back and th rest is ALL taken care of professionally, in may case within 3 days too. In summary, this must be the best online innovation yet for a traditionally stressful process - I can't recommend Heatable enough base on my experience. By the way the Veissmann boilers are great, very quiet and efficient - top German quality.”

“Can’t believe how easy these people where to deal with, really great . Not one problem it’s a 10 from me . Very professional, I used to pay £25 a month for boiler cover per month,, know I pay £24 a month and have a new boiler and a 10 year parts and labour warranty,,,it’s a no brainer,, new boiler, lower payments, 10 year warranty,, no problem.”

“Heatable are fantastic. The engineer turned up on time, kept me infoned of his progress and tidied up after himself. He showed me how to operate the remote control thermostat. Excellent guy and company - can’t fault them. Looking forward to nice warm house and showers again.:)”

“I really can't recommend Heatable highly enough. We found them on the Thursday morning, had a couple of queries answered via Sam on the online chat (at half 7 in the morning!) and placed our order there & then for Saturday. New combi boiler to replace the existing, and to have it relocated to the opposite side of the house. Dale pulled up at 7.50 and got to work. By 10 past 2 he'd had the floors up, put the new pipework in, fit the boiler & new flue, tidied up, ran me through how the heating system worked and left us with heating & hot water for the first time in nearly a fortnight! Absolutely superb, tidy job - no fuss, no mess. Monday we noticed the boiler was coming on for a few seconds when we turned the cold water taps off. Again spoke to Ben on the live chat who suggested a couple of things to try to resolve the issue, however once these didn't work he quickly dispatched Shaun to come and fit a non-return valve to prevent this from happening (it's an old house, and without ripping everything out and starting from scratch there were bound to be one or two teething problems). Again in & out, no mess and no fuss. Overall if you're looking for a good price, quick installation, decent service & after service then you can't go wrong with Heatable.”

“Not being great on the internet we used telephone to order.the office was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.we were notified who would fit it and when 2 days (our choice).the chap that fitted it was pleasant and efficient and very helpful,in fact can't fault him or the company.completely 100% satisfied and happy from start to Finnish. Roger in Lincoln”
