“Very simple ordering process, backed up by great customer service. Fantastic that you can choose your own installation date. You get an email with a photo of the plumber who will be fitting the boiler the day before which is a nice touch. Boiler is quiet & working well.....thank you Heatable!”

“I am really happy with the entire experience. From initial inquiry > reservation > installation and trouble shooting. A few teething problems during the installation. That said a great service from Heatable and the Installer (Dale). I was kept up-to-date all the way and now have the best spec boiler on the market just in time for winter! I can't recommend this company, their installers or deals enough. Highly recommended!”

“Really quick service. Booked to have a new boiler one evening and had a phone call first thing the next morning to get it all set up and given the go ahead. Even had a phone call to say there had been a cancellation in my area if I was available I could’ve had mine installed sooner. The engineer was polite and friendly and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Heatable even phoned me after the installation to make sure everything was ok! Great service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Heatable!”

“Ordered and fitted in five days. Even picked the fitting day online to suit. Engineer called on the morning of fitting and gave time of his arrival. Completed boiler installation in about five hours and cleaned up when finished. Totally hassle free from start to finish, would use again.”

“Ordered our boiler via Heatable after using their quick survey to recommend a unit. Very easy to use and lots of options available. Chose an installation date and sat back. As it said on the tin, boiler was delivered, Bryan the engineer turned up and everything was installed and up and running in jig time. An excellent service and I would highly recommend Heatable.”

“I was a bit wary of using a smaller, relatively unknown company to arrange a new boiler installation, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The website was a doddle to use and once I'd picked the boiler I wanted and the day to install it, it was done. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the guys at Heatable to confirm everything was ok and I was happy, so that was good. The actual installation went perfectly well, the engineer was fantastic and all in all, I'm over the moon with the entire process. I'd recommend Heatable to anyone, they are top notch!”

“very impressive company. rang them on Monday morning cos the old boiler had given up the ghost. the next day I had a new boiler up and working, no drama, clean floor and a fitter who knew what he was doing. great”

“Replacing a boiler filled with dread to the point I was putting it off. I discovered heatable and end to end this was simple and straight forward process. Great comms from the staff in the office all the way through and the install folk were super efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I could not recommend these folks any more.”

“I got quotes from 5 different companies (the usual british gas, help link and some locals). Heatables came out on top for me. CHeapest price, longest warranty and buy now pay later finance option. APR rate also lower than others. Boiler installation was neat and tidy, also like the fact they use tradespeople from my local area.”

“We received fantastic service from Heatable and cannot praise them highly enough. The whole process was simple and all staff we spoke to were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The price was excellent and the engineer who fitted the boiler even tidied up some old pipe work. We are thrilled with our new boiler which is so much better than our old one, our shower is now a power shower! And the faculty to control temp from an app on your phone is fantastic Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!”
