“Heavy Metal Merchant is easily one of the premier online metal merchandise destinations in Australia, if not the world. Their inventory is consistently impressive, offering a massive selection of officially licenced gear that rivals the biggest international distros. Whether you're hunting for patches, vinyl, CD's or tour shirts, it is one of the few places where you can generally find exactly what you need without having to jump through hoops.
The customer experience is where they truly stand out from the competition. Every transaction is seamless, backed by incredibly responsive handling times and a shipping process that is always hassle-free. You never have to worry about your order sitting in a warehouse for weeks; they get the gear out the door and into your hands with ultra-professional speed, (and have done for many years!)
The only real wish list item would be to see some of the "out of stock" death metal staples replenished a bit more frequently, as those pieces tend to fly off the shelves. However, that’s a minor gripe in the face of such a reliable service. All in all, Heavy Metal Merchant is a world-class operation that every metalhead should have bookmarked.”
“Bloody awesome service, great product nothing is a problem if I am looking for a certain Cd they source it for me,free delivery for me is a bonus as I am in Tassie, and I have never had to wait for long”
“Really helpful, prompt and friendly service. So far everything we have ordered has been great, my teenaged metalhead son is so happy with his battle jacket made up with many patches and badges from HMM.”
“Awesome store!! Heavy Metal Merchant have the best range of metal merchandise that I've ever been able to find in Australia. Response was super quick, received the package super fast and the prices were fantastic. Thank you for a great shopping experience.”
“My first time purchasing from Heavy Metal Merchant and I will definitely be back! Website is well organised and easy to navigate. Communication was good throughout delivery. More importantly, the patches I purchased were actually in stock (unlike some other online stores). Looking forward to more purchases in the near future!”
