Quality of 3 out of 5 items was horrendous. Waited well over a week for a response from the company - they say it should be no more than 48 hours by this point the hen had been and gone! Terrible service and terrible products! Still no further forward with a refund.

Sorry but definitely not worth the money. I purchased the lip balms had to even put on my own labels which were also unreadable. Just very disappointed and would have asked for a refund but times are difficult for everyone at the moment.

Items arrived without the wording on that was shown on order conformation. Emails and messages through Facebook page receives no response. Finally got through. No apology. No offer of refund or reduction. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.

After placing two separate orders, and it stating the standard deliver was 3-5 days (not working days might I add), I received my first order after 6 days and my second order which was placed on 20th February still hasn’t arrived, and was needed for today. I therefore very disappointed as it has spoiled all that I had planned for my friends special day and will be seeking a full refund.
