“Love the meal formula. Have tried vanilla cream, banana, mixed berry and the strawberry. All delicious. I add the beta heart to the powder for breakfast. Sometimes adding some açai powder. Mix with knife first then a good shake in the shaker. Vanilla and almond protein bars are tasty too”
