“My husband lost his life in an RTC, he was a pedestrian. The case was complicated and I did not have any legal insurance in place. Having been told by 2 other firms of solicitors that they could not help me I contacted Higgs and Co. Claire Burnell came out to see me and explained clearly how she could help me with no win no fee. Claire was professional but compassionate and kept me fully informed every step of the way. We were succesful and I recieved a large figure in compensation for my loss. It couldn't bring back my husband but enabled me to turn my life around. I will be eternally grateful to Higgs and Co and to Claire Burnell in particular.”

“A excelant sevice Gemma was very polite and freindly was willing to answer any question I had and put me at ease, If I ever need help I will allways contact Higgs and sons. I tell every body what a good company they are.”

“My solicitor Andy Shaw was incredibly professional and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation more straightforward and bearable. Everything was explained in a manner which I understood. I would highly recommend Higgs and Sons”
