If they make a mistake (incorrect delivery/ item) they want the customer to pay for the return. Zero apology, zero ownership, but 100% unprofessional and rude answer's.
Very shameful behaviour 😕.

I have not received my order. I purchased in Feb and it has not even made it to my country. When I sent an email I was reassured the order would be sent again. It was the same tracking number and it has not left. Phone number is not reachable, delivery never shows I asked for a refund. Not wasting my breath. 95 dollars I’ll never see again.

Ordered and 60 days later non arrival. Contacted blamed covid. No contact from company. Bogus website and delivery. Have contacted credit card company for refund.

Asked for refund. Said return seeds. What?

Never received my order, been over 3 months. Continuous e-mails back and forth with no whereabouts of my order or a refund. Do not use this company especially if you're having shipped to the United States. There was never a delivery, worst customer service ever, no returns or refunds from my experience. You get nothing for your money essentially.
