“I have just bought a brand-new Kia from them and indeed, their service is second to none. Before going to see Hassan, I sent him an email for a test drive, and he responded very quickly and professionally. Hassan was friendly and understanding from start to finish. “I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi from Hilton car supermarket. Mister Hassan was responsive and so helpful. My schedule for getting to the dealership was a bit challenging so Mr. Hassan accommodated all my paperwork via email. All was complete and ready to go when I came to get my new car! Thank you for a great experience. I Appreciate it so much!”

“I bought a Volvo S90 from this place and it was faulty within 48 hours. From day one, they couldn’t care less. It took them over three weeks just to start acknowledging me, and even then, their attitude was disgusting — rude, arrogant, and completely dismissive. They claim they “kept in contact” — that’s an outright lie. I was the one chasing them every single time. I’ve sent over a dozen emails and got two replies. I’ve sat on hold for half an hour or more just to get through to them. Not once did they call me to give me an update. Meanwhile, I’m out of pocket for window tints I paid for, road tax for two months for a car I didn’t drive and insurance and I’ve wasted my time, money, and effort because they sold me a broken car and then ignored me. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and treats customers with zero respect. They take your money, sell you a problem, then vanish. Do yourself a favour — avoid them like the plague”

“We were served by very knowledgable, friendly sales staff named Micah, he was excellent, very patient since we asked him too much questions about our car. He went above and beyond by coming on his day off, helping us just to finalise with all our paper works and complete the purchase of our car which was brilliant.I look forward to buy my car in future too with this company.”
