“Ticket#674622 I have been working with them for over 2 years and suddenly I was asked for a new verification process (KYC) and since then, 1 month later, I am unable to make trades and withdraw coins. There are almost $4,000.00 USD immobilized. No tickets are answered, I am completely in the dark. Now I just want my money back and then I will forget these guys.”

“My account was locked. My funds was put on hold. they gave me several hope that my money would be released to my account. they asked for a skype video call, I sent to them my skype. we set a date and I responded to to every questions and documented requested from me. I kept messaging them and they did not respond. Thanks to RecoveryDemand . Com for helping me process my transactions. I will not recommend HitBTC”

“The platform is easy to use. I admire the interface but they hide behind a mask to not let go of peoples money. I was down for a few days and opened up to my son. After making some research, we found out you could get your investment back. I wrote fightingscams at aol dt com and the problem was fixed. I hope this helps.”
